Our Team
My name is Juma Ayadi, (Juma). I am a native of Tanzania, Africa. My love of this country, mountaineering, and nature has lead me to my career as a professional mountain guide. I am licensed with the National Park Service of Tanzania and hold certifications in both Advanced Wilderness First Aid and Heart Saver CPR with SOLO.
I also guide and organize safaris and adventures in all National parks and cultural activities all over Tanzania. I am competent in Speaking English, Spanish, Swahili and Pare language.
I was born and raised at the slope of Pare Mountain in Kilimanjaro, as a member of the Pare Tribe in the Mbakwe Village. I have an in depth understanding of the history, people, and culture of Africa.
For the past 12 years I have been a mountain guide leading people from around the world on the adventure of a lifetime to the highest mountain in Africa and the world’s highest free standing mountain – Mt Kilimanjaro, also known as ‘The Roof of Africa’.
Since 2005 I have had the opportunity to lead several groups of people with special needs. I have guided people with physical challenges as well as blind individuals, many of whom were able to make it to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Also, I had the opportunity to guide people from all over the world.
